Williams Named Top 3A Hurler Wednesday, August 1st, 2040 The Pitcher of the Month Award has been announced and the M3L Single A winner is Kennesaw bullpen ace, Jeremy Williams. For his fine efforts in July he has been named the league's top pitcher. During the month, the Jets star excelled with 5 saves in 6 save opportunities, a 0.82 ERA and 4 wins and 1 loss. In 11 innings he struck out 5 and gave up 11 hits and 2 walks. To this point in the year Williams has put up a 8-2 won-lost mark, made 30 relief appearances and rung up 9 saves. He has a 4.25 ERA and has allowed 44 hits over his 36 innings of work, struck out 23 batters and walked 10. |
