The Kingston Township starter rose to the occasion at The Hollywood Bowl today, earning player of the game honors after leading the Knights to a crucial 6-2 victory over the Hollywood Shredders. Fonseca threw 7 innings of 5-hit ball as the Knights won on the road to seize a - lead in the best-of- Third League Championship.

Kingston Township used the clutch hitting of Scott Robertson to capture the win. The third baseman drilled a 2-run double in the top of the sixth inning to give the Knights the lead, 5-2. For the game, Robertson had 1 single and 1 double in 4 at-bats.

"I thought we played a nice game," Robertson told the Kingston Township Gazette. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."
