The Olympia Ogres relied on the hitting of left fielder Tzu-yu Yang to stop the Chesapeake Continentals, 9-8. For the game, Yang went 2 for 4 with a double and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 4. Olympia reliever Roberto Sáenz was the winner. His record is now 2-3. The losing pitcher was Nick Ramey. Claudio Vargas was the walk-off hero for Olympia. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Ogres shortstop hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
