The San Mateo Dirty Reds defeated the Vancouver Grey Wolves, 5-3, in United States Silver League action at Wolf Den in Vancouver. Tae-cho Han received player of the game honors. The 9-year veteran was 3 for 3 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. San Mateo reliever Urs Ehles was the winner. His record is now 5-0. The losing pitcher was Ainanani Oliwa. San Mateo is now 27-23, Vancouver 17-33.

The game was all tied up in the top of the tenth, until Han delivered big-time for San Mateo, stroking a dramatic 2-run home run off Ainanani Oliwa. The game-changing hit put the Dirty Reds on top, 5-3.
