Germantown and Watford City duked it out at Trash Panda Field and the Uruguayans came out victorious.

Britt Casey never let Watford City get something going. The Germantown right-hander commanded his cutter in pitching the Uruguayans to a 3-0 win. At 39-37, Germantown is in 5th place in the Menard's R.

It could have been a different outcome for Germantown, had it not been for Will Gamble, the 19-year old center fielder . Gamble contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the first inning to put Germantown up, 1-0.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Casey.
