Biscuits Roll to 8-3 Win Over Fire
The Montgomery Biscuits topped the Franklin Fire, 8-3, in USSL Rookie action at Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium. The player of the game was Montgomery pitcher and Tokyo, Japan native Orinosuke Oshiro. Oshiro picked up the win for Montgomery, going 8.2 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 8 hits. He now sports a record of 2-7. The Biscuits improve their record to 41-45 with the win over Franklin.

Montgomery took a 5-2 lead on Randy Moore's 18th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Moore hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Franklin pitcher Ludwig Krassnig shaking his head.
