Biscuits Pull Even With 9-3 Victory
Montgomery beat Valley View on the strength of starter Fernando Lujino's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a 9-3 win. The winning pitcher was Lujino, now 3-1. He tossed 8 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 0 and fanning 11. Montgomery is now 17-17, while Valley View is 23-11.

Randy Moore put Montgomery in front, 3-1, when he took Rémy Moreau downtown. His solo home run came with two out in the top of the sixth. It was his 5th home run of the season.
