The Ellesmere Island Snowpeople got a stellar performance from pitcher Ki-seop Ch'oe, who handcuffed the Moose Jaw offense en route to a 3-0 win at The Igloo. Even with the win, the Snowpeople have a dismal 7-15 record.

Ch'oe, a native of Pyongyang, North Korea, was dealing all game. He kept Moose Jaw hitters off-balance, while giving the Snowpeople 8 quality innings. Ch'oe threw 98 pitches, allowing 5 hits and striking out 6.

"Enjoyed this one," Ch'oe told the Ellesmere Island Today. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
