Biscuits Win at Quebec City, 4-1
|
The Montgomery Biscuits defeated the Quebec City Baby Blues, 4-1, in USSL Rookie action at Dylan Park, with Montgomery pitcher Francisco Borges named player of the game. Montgomery, now 6-9, is off to a slow start.
Erwan Michel helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a run-scoring double to give Montgomery a 1-0 lead.
"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Michel said after the game.
