The Ellesmere Island Snowpeople and Quebec City Baby Blues were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd at The Igloo.

Quebec City right-hander Jing-quo Ts'ai pitched his team to victory over the Ellesmere Island Snowpeople at The Igloo. The final score was 7-2. With the win, Quebec City improves its record to 5-4.

Quebec City relied on the hitting of Steve Turner to pick up the win. The shortstop ripped a 2-run triple in the top of the sixth inning to put the Baby Blues on top, 4-1. For the game, Turner had 1 triple and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"Jing-quo's tempo and rhythm were good," said Baby Blues manager Tony Romero. "He was the key to us winning."
