Neena Leads Warheads to Win over Cougars
The Amarillo Warheads trumped the Valley View Cougars, 6-1, at Ballpark of Henderson. Amarillo third baseman Muralidhara Neena was named player of the game for his performance. He went 2-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He drove in 5 runs and scored once. The Cougars, now 3-3, have been pitiful so far.

The game was all tied up in the bottom of the eighth, until Neena delivered big-time for Amarillo, stroking a dramatic grand slam home run off Ron Plummer. The game-changing hit put the Warheads on top, 5-1.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Neena said.
