Medlen, Baby Blues Too Much for Octopi
The Quebec City Baby Blues bested the Ogallala Octopi, 7-3, at Dylan Park. Lynn Medlen was named player of the game. He was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. With the win, Quebec City goes to 3-2.

The Baby Blues got a lift from third baseman Woody Maxwell who had a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the fifth inning off Cipriano Bustamante. It was his 1st RBI of the season and put Quebec City in front, 2-1.

"Feels good to get the job done," Maxwell said after the game.
