The Crowley Cajuns overcame a good performance by Hicksville right fielder Pedro Gonzáles to knock off Hicksville, 7-4, at Hound Pound. Gonzáles was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Kane Hallworth earned the win to go to 2-1. He allowed 3 earned runs on 4 hits, with 1 walk and 5 strikeouts.
