Rhinos Top Centennial to Even Record

The Redwood Rhinos picked up a win at The Zoo, knocking off the Fort Knox Centennial, 2-1. Starting pitcher Xin-fang Zha played a key role in the triumph. Zha, now 1-3, was the winner. In 7 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 3, walking 3, and allowing no earned runs. Earning his 6th save for Redwood was Emery Manhoran.
Guonçalle Sprengel helped his team take an early lead with a run-scoring single. It came in the first inning, making the score 1-0, Rhinos.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Zha told the Redwood Observer.
Redwood is now 21-21, Fort Knox 23-19.
