Rhinos Get Win, Extend Streak to 4
|
The Redwood Rhinos downed the Surprise Shockers, 6-2, at The Zoo. The Rhinos were led by Pepe Savinon, who captured player of the game honors. He was 4 for 5 with a home run and 3 singles, while scoring 2 times. Joe Pollitt picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 2-0. Jim Murray was tagged with the loss. The Shockers, at 5-17, have lost 4 straight games.
