Late Rally by Flamingos Secures Win
The Las Vegas Flamingos got a stellar effort from pitcher Isaaka Ienimea, helping Las Vegas score a 3-2 win over the visiting Portland Evergreens. Las Vegas is off to a sluggish start, getting just their 4th win in 13 games.

Chan-ho Shinn hit a run-scoring double off Ron Mingo in the bottom of the eighth, which put the Flamingos in front, 3-2. In addition to the double, Shinn had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.

"If I go out there and help the team win, that's all you can do," said Ienimea.
