Forrest Dazzles in Fort Knox Win
|
Fort Knox rode a fine outing from starter Jack Forrest to victory over the Long Island Ducks at Ducks Park. The final score was 2-0. Connor Wilson picked up the save for Fort Knox, his 1st of the year. Fort Knox improves to 3-2 as they look to defend their championship.
The Ducks had trouble solving Forrest, who surrendered no earned runs on 6 hits over 8.1 innings.
"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Forrest said.
