Sahagún Helps Cut Off Cruise to 10-3 Win
The Cut Off Crawdads beat the Chicago Tula, 10-3, at Ramblers Ballpark. Cut Off second baseman Júlio Sahagún earned player of the game honors with an outstanding performance. He was 4-5 with 2 triples and 2 doubles, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3. Bhu Damocles, the winner, improved to 2-0. He held the Tula to 1 earned run on 5 hits over 5 innings, while striking out 7 and walking 2. The wins continue to add up for Cut Off, with the latest making it 9 in a row.
