The Eugene Vandals got a superb performance from pitcher Josuke Okumura, but the Lake Erie Arryns still won the game, 1-0. Okumura was named the player of the game despite the loss. He threw 8 innings of 5-hit ball. Reliever Leonardo Trujillo picked up the win. His record improves to 1-1. Josuke Okumura took the loss. Lake Erie now sits at 12-22, while Eugene falls to 12-22.
