Dirty Reds Topple BC with Late Rally
The San Mateo Dirty Reds topped the Philadelphia 1776 BC by the score of 6-5, with the largest share of the credit going to designated hitter Eddie Neef. Neef went 2 for 3 with a double and a walk. He scored 2 times for the Dirty Reds. The win gives San Mateo a record of 6-4.

San Mateo used the timely hitting of Jesús Torres to seize the win. The second baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Dirty Reds on top, 6-5. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
