Luoa Delivers Clutch At-Bat for Syracuse in Walk-Off Win
The Syracuse Storm got a strong performance from pitcher Jim Porter, who stymied the Alameda offense en route to a 2-0 win at Storm Park. Syracuse, now 49-44, holds 4th place in the Silver A.

Omar Luoa hit a 2-run home run off Bob Payne in the bottom of the 15th, which put the Storm ahead, 2-0. In addition to the homer, Luoa had 1 single and 1 double, while going 3 for 6.

"It's good to win," Luoa told the Syracuse Times. "I like to have fun doing it."
