The Grim Reapers defeated the Niagara Falls Expos, 7-2, at The Coffin today. Leading the charge for Grim was shortstop Norihisa Kino. He went 3 for 4 with a double and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Jack Walker got credit for the win, improving to 3-6. He allowed 2 runs on 5 hits in 6.1 innings. The 7th-place Reapers have won 5 in a row.

Kino had a game-changing double in the bottom of the sixth. On a 1-0 fastball from Enrique García, he banged a 2-run double to right-center, giving the Reapers a 4-2 lead. It was the 11th double of the year for Kino.
