Blue Dragons Jolt Chiefs with Late Rally
In a well-pitched game between the Levittown Blue Dragons and the Caldwell Chiefs, pitcher Edward Martin was fantastic. The Levittown right-hander was named the player of the game in Levittown's 1-0 win. Levittown reliever Ron Meredith picked up the win, upping his record to 3-2. Rubén Medina shouldered the loss. Levittown is in 11th place in the Menard's A with a record of 30-43.

Abednego Ashpenaz was the walk-off hero for Levittown. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Blue Dragons shortstop hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"It's great when the crowd gets into it," Ashpenaz said.
