Edward Martin never let Yucca Valley get something going. The Levittown right-hander commanded his changeup in pitching the Blue Dragons to a 5-0 win. Martin, now 3-1, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 3 hits, while striking out 10, walking 2, and allowing no earned runs. Rafael Ramos sewed up the save, his 1st.

Levittown used the timely hitting of Eugene Parker to seize the win. The catcher stroked a 2-run single in the top of the sixth inning to put the Blue Dragons on top, 3-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

Martin called the win "a collective effort."

The Blue Dragons now have a record of 16-25.
