Kent Good never let the Shredders get in a groove. The right-hander used his bread and butter, his curveball, to pitch the White Walkers to a 4-1 win. Good, now 11-2, was the winner. In 7.1 innings, he gave up 3 hits, while striking out 5, walking 3, and allowing no earned runs. The second-place White Walkers improved to 52-33.

Buffalo relied on the hitting of Je-myung Yu to pick up the win. The designated hitter clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the White Walkers on top, 3-0. For the game, Yu had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"Whenever we hold the other team to one run," said White Walkers manager Chris Lau, "I like our chances."
