Northville starter Josh Brennan had a strong outing against the Belvedere Park Rawhides at Old-Timers Park. The left-hander was a big part of his team's 4-3 win. Northville reliever Jason Breary picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Mark Smith absorbed the loss. The Eclipse now have a record of 51-33.

The game came to a dramatic end. In the bottom of the ninth, with Northville trailing 3-2, Chris Owen hit a changeup from Mark Smith for a 2-run home run, giving the Eclipse the walk-off win.

"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said Northville manager Thomas Kemp.
