The Billings Polar Bears stopped the Tacoma Fur Traders, 7-5, at Ballpark of Tacoma. The Polar Bears got a big game from John Camp, who drew 4 walks in 5 trips to the plate, while scoring 3 times. Billings used the timely hitting of Hsui-chuan Tsou to seize the win. The pinch hitter stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Polar Bears on top, 6-5. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Camp told the Billings Today.
