The Belvedere Park Rawhides got a stellar effort from pitcher Jesús Bruno, helping Belvedere Park score a 5-1 win over the visiting Northville Eclipse. The win takes Belvedere Park to 11-8.
Early in the game, shortstop Li-ren Ku had a run-scoring single for Belvedere Park. It was his 25th hit of the season and put the Rawhides on top, 1-0.
"Getting ahead of the hitters was the key," said Bruno.
