The Barton Springs Blues defeated the Asheville Highlanders, 7-2, in M3L Double A action at Blues Field, with Barton Springs designated hitter Ben Bullock named player of the game. With the win, Barton Springs is 4-6.

Barton Springs grabbed control in the bottom of the sixth. With no one out and the bases loaded, Rick Pawlowicz delivered a run-scoring single, to make it 3-2 in favor of the Blues.

"It all depends on which version of our team shows up," said Bullock. "When we put it all together, I think we're a great team."
