Men Lose to Supernovas in Walk Off
|
The Scranton Supernovas electrified Nuclear Stadium with a thrilling, walk-off win.
The Scranton Supernovas eked out a 4-3 win versus the Florida Men at Nuclear Stadium. Nobody did more than pitcher Malcolm Bullard, who captured player of the game honors. Reliever Jon King picked up the win. His record improves to 2-2. Huibrecht Bik took the loss.
Ken Norris had the critical at-bat for Scranton. With no one out in the bottom of the 18th inning, he hit a sacrifice fly. It gave Scranton the 4-3 walk-off win.
"We squandered some opportunities," said Florida manager Joseph Fish.
The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Supernovas.
