Multi-HR Game for Myung in 5-0 Win
The Tortolita Drummers beat the Vermont Lake Monsters, 5-0, at Drummers Ballpark. The Drummers got a fine performance from designated hitter Jin-yong Myung, who captured player of the game honors. He slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. With the victory, the Drummers record now stands at 41-33.

Myung came through with some timely hitting for Tortolita. With the score 1-0 in the bottom of the fifth and one down, Myung hit a 2-2 sinker for a 3-run home run. His 14th home run of the season made it 4-0, Tortolita.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Myung told the Tortolita Chronicle.
