Drummers Top Lynx to Even Record

Starting pitcher Roy Alsobrook pitched well enough to help the Tortolita Drummers beat the Calgary Lynx by the score of 6-3. Nam Yee Yong sewed up the save, his 2nd. The Drummers raised their record to 24-24.
Tortolita used the bat of Keiran Calleson to get the win. The shortstop hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Drummers ahead, 4-3. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it did its damage.
"Roy's tempo and rhythm were good," said Drummers manager Barrett Abbott. "He was the key to us winning."
