Halberds Fall to .500 After Loss to Supernovas
The Scranton Supernovas bested the Alloway Halberds by a score of 9-1, with left fielder Robby Sinor getting the main credit. On the day, Sinor went 3 for 3 with 3 singles and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Supernovas. The win puts the Supernovas at 12-10, while the Halberds drop to 11-11.

With Scranton leading 1-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Sinor hit a changeup from Peter Glenn for a run-scoring single. It was his 27th hit of the season and put the Supernovas ahead, 2-0.

Sinor told a Scranton Herald reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
