The Portland Evergreens topped the Greenville 84s, 7-4, in United States Premier League action at 84s Field. The player of the game was Portland center fielder Francisco Agámez. Govaart van Ankeren, the winner, improved to 2-5. He held the 84s to 4 earned runs on 5 hits over 6 innings, while striking out 5 and walking 1.
