The Redlegs faced a stiff challenge from Bloomington pitcher Omara Moctar, but persevered to claim a win at Sacramento Sanitation Station. The final score was 9-8. Moctar went 5 innings and allowed 1 earned run. The win was Enrique Durán's in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Omara Moctar took the loss for Bloomington. Bloomington now has a 5-game losing streak.

The Longnecks had been locked in a 8-8 tie with the Redlegs going into the bottom of the fourth inning. That changed quickly when the 27-year old shortstop Brandon Graybill came to the plate. Graybill hit a run-scoring single on a first pitch fastball from Bloomington hurler Omara Moctar. It was Graybill's 57th hit of the year.

"I just try to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Graybill.
