Brass Pull Back to .500 With Win Over Bronze Sox

In baseball, each game is unique. This one was no different.
Baton Rouge right-hander Mike Donovan pitched his team to victory over the Texas Bronze Sox at Bronze Sox Park. The final score was 11-7. David Flowers sewed up the save, his 14th.
Baton Rouge relied on the hitting of Dusty Hunt to pick up the win. The shortstop clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Brass on top, 11-0. For the game, Hunt had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"Enjoyed this one," Hunt told the Baton Rouge Observer. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
Baton Rouge currently is in 6th place in the Premier AAA at 38-38.
