Longnecks Rally to Eke Out Win
Bloomington Longnecks starter Jason Poulter was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Syracuse Starks, 2-1. The Longnecks own a robust 46-27 mark.

Bloomington used the timely hitting of Leonid Machehin to capture the win. The left fielder socked a run-scoring double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Longnecks ahead, 1-0. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was an important one.

"Exhilarating win," said Machehin.
