Bloomington rode a fine outing from starter Jason Poulter to victory over the Baton Rouge Brass at Brass Field. The final score was 3-1. Poulter went 7.1 innings to notch the win. Bloomington took a 3-1 lead on Eugene Bowman's 2nd home run of the season. The solo home run came off Baton Rouge pitcher José Rodríguez in the top of the eighth.
