Santa Barbara starter Albert Pérez pitched effectively against the Port Royal Disaster at Crane Field. The right-hander led his team to a 6-1 win. Pérez, the winner, moves to 9-3. He threw 7 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 5 and giving up 5 walks.
