Ichiyo Kiyomizu left his imprint on the 7-4 Bloomington win against the Sacramento Redlegs. Kiyomizu went 2 for 3 with a home run and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. The winner was Bloomington reliever Fernando Padilla, now 1-0. The loser was Broderick Evans. With the win, Bloomington goes to 35-20, while the Redlegs fall to 25-30.

David Milliken drove in one run for Bloomington. The 24-year old right fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 4-4 tie with a run-scoring ground out off Broderick Evans. It was his 21st RBI of the season.

"It was our day today," Milliken told the Bloomington Daily. "But we've got to keep our nose to the grindstone."
