Sinclair Bothof added some punch to the Bloomington offense, helping them outmuscle the Bakersfield Nobles, 11-7. In the game, Bothof, who is tied for 3rd in the PAAA in triples with 3, hit 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. The Longnecks own a robust 32-17 mark.

Bothof had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the sixth. On a 2-2 fastball from Wilson Rangel, he banged a 3-run home run to right, giving the Longnecks a 7-6 lead. It was the 6th home run of the year for Bothof.

"The boys were really swinging the bats today," winning manager Coy Knight said.
