Redlegs Continue Skid Thanks to González, Golden Cranes
Santa Barbara left fielder Luis Miguel González had 4 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Sacramento Redlegs, 15-6. Albert Pérez got the win, improving to 2-0. He pitched 6 innings, giving up 9 hits and 4 runs, while striking out 6 and walking 1. Santa Barbara, now 13-4, is playing great baseball to start the year.

González put Santa Barbara up, 12-4, when he hit a 3-run home run off Jaime Gabriel in the bottom of the seventh. His 1st home run of the season helped the Golden Cranes capture the win.

"Another day, another win. On to the next one," González told the Santa Barbara Daily News.
