Humpbacks Subdue Baton Rouge, 6-5
|
Alaskan third baseman António Macías made his presence felt in the 6-5 Humpbacks triumph over the Baton Rouge Brass. Macías was 2-3 with a home run and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 times. The Humpbacks, now 11-5, have been playing some good baseball.
Alaskan center fielder Tumas Wenzu contributed to the cause with a 2-run double in the bottom of the third. For the game, Wenzu was 1 for 4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs.
"Hitting, winning. It's just contagious," said Wenzu.
