Reliever of the Year Award Goes to Vázquez Friday, September 23rd, 2039 He may only be 19, but Ramón Vázquez of the Maine Sea Dogs has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the M3L Rookie. The reliever was today named the 3R Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2039. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 2 saves in 33 relief appearances and 91 strikeouts in 66.2 innings. He had a record of 6-1 to go with his 1.89 ERA. He received 10 first place votes out of a possible 12. Harley Hawk of the Bompton Baby Lakers finished second in voting with 2 first place votes, while Joel Baxter of the Amarillo Submarinos finished third.
