Star of the Week Honored in 3R Monday, July 25th, 2039 Bompton Baby Lakers third baseman Jonathan Winston walked away with the M3L Rookie Player of the Week Award today after putting up some impressive numbers over the past seven days. "The Baby Lakers fans are really behind me right now," said the 20-year-old. "That helps. They give you the confidence to go out there and do better." Winston batted .412 (7-for-17) with 3 home runs and 6 RBIs this week on his way to the award. In his 2039 season totals, Winston has 5 home runs, .257 BA, .335 OBP, 28 RBIs and 21 runs scored. |
