Ramos Silences Ladue Tuesday, June 7th, 2039 It wasn't easy but Luis Ramos made it look that way. Ramos silenced the Ladue Rams, 7-0, in a Phoenix Hotspur Academy triumph at Ballpark of Fresno today. Despite the appearance of dominance, Ramos said later that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up no walks and 3 hits. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said. "I made a few mistakes but it goes to show what you can do with grit and not much else."
