SR Top Manager Trophy Goes to Moon Tuesday, September 27th, 2039 A baseball manager's success usually depends on the talent of his club, but in the case of Wilber Moon, he seems to have taken the Hicksville Hounds to a higher level and gotten his just due. He was named this season's Manager of the Year in the USSL Rookie for leading the team to a very rewarding season. "Everyone on the team put in a lot of hard work this season," he told reporters. "It's always nice when it's acknowledged in some way." Moon led Hicksville to a first place finish in the Silver R. The Hounds ended up with a 57-39 record. |
