Silver R Title Goes to Hounds Tuesday, September 6th, 2039 "We're not done yet!" That was the resounding sentiment in the Hicksville Hounds locker room when they were told they had clinched the Silver R title, for the 2nd time. With a 56-39 record, Hicksville's stars certainly feel like they have a good chance to go all the way. "We've learned a lot under Wilber Moon's tutelage this year. He's taught us to never be over-confident, and to play every game like a championship game. I think with him and the team we have, we have a great chance to bring a 2nd championship to Hicksville this year," said center fielder Michael Cherry. |
