USSL Rookie Honors Week's Premier Player Monday, August 29th, 2039 Phoenix's Jing-sheng Bian is only 21, but last week he put up numbers that would make a seasoned veteran proud. That's why the young hurler earned the USSL Rookie Player of the Week award. Bian tallied 2 wins, 3 strikeouts in 2 innings and a 4.50 ERA for the week.
