Rowdy Players Suspended by League Tuesday, August 23rd, 2039 Esteban Sifuentes of the Quebec City Baby Blues and Jim Sousa of the Long Island Ducks received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 4 and 8 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Dylan Park. In the 2039 season Sifuentes is hitting .288 with 13 home runs. Sousa has fashioned a 5-2 mark for the season, 3.32 ERA and thrown 97.2 innings in 18 starts. Opposing clubs are batting .266 against him. |
